Our inn is the perfect choice for your romantic getaway or a relaxing seaside vacation.
This historic home was owned from 1750 until 1929 by a member of the Hall family. In that family, there were a number of deacons. Homage is paid to them in the naming of the Deacon's Room.
This quiet and lovely guest room is tucked away on the second floor of the Inn for your privacy and will accommodate up to 2 adults very comfortably. The en-suite bath has a well-lit vanity area and a step-in shower with an adjustable showerhead. The room has original white wood walls that give it the feel of a seaside cottage retreat. The look is completed with a dark blue, handmade, queen-size bed where you can snuggle into the comfort of hand-pressed, luxury bed linens. The room is decorated with yellow and blue accents and opens onto a deck with a bistro table and chairs. You can enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck, or spend a quiet moment with a good book and a glass of wine. This charming and bright room has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing Cape Cod Bay holiday.
The stairway to this room is typical of the era in which the house was built and is steep. There are handrails but folks with mobility issues may want to choose a different room.
The 1750 Inn at Sandwich Center is a NON-SMOKING Inn and property and we cannot accommodate children.
The love and care you extend to your guests makes us feel like family and we will be back! (Just like family, whether you want 'em or not!) Thank you for a unique and special visit. - Martin & Jean, London, U.K
