We strive to offer our guests the best possible service in order to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. We are a non-smoking inn and are unable to accommodate smokers.
RESERVATIONS
--A minimum stay of 2 nights applies during the summer season (June - October), on weekends, and on holidays. On weekends followed by a Monday holiday, a 3-night minumum may apply. We cannot guarantee your requested room but we will do our very best. Occasionally circumstances occur that require a change in rooms but you are guaranteed a comparable one.
--We will consider accepting a 1-night reservation only if there is a room available for just 1 night, or to fill a last minute cancellation, and at the innkeepers discretion. We cannot guarantee requested rooms for stays of 1 night and there is a $25 surcharge. Advanced payment in full is required.
--Two or more nights, a guarantee of one-half (50%) of the amount is required.
--We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX
--Reservations may be guaranteed with credit cards or personal checks.
--We request that checks be received within five days of booking to maintain the reservation.
--State and local taxes of 9.7% are additional.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 14-day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made via telephone, directly with the Innkeepers, as e-mail and voice mail can be unreliable. Please be aware that for cancellations received with less than the required 14-day notice, you are responsible for the full amount of the reserved period unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the entire reserved period. If the room(s) can be rebooked, you will receive your deposit, less the $15 processing fee. "No-shows" are charged for the full amount of the stay.
Early departure is subject to the full room charges of your original reservation.

MISCELLANEOUS
Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome.
We are a non-smoking Inn and cannot accommodate smokers.
We regret that we are not able to accommodate pets.
The Robert Morse room can accommodate a third person (King bed + twin bed) or child over 12 for an additional $50 per night with a 2-night minumum stay required.
A hearty, gourmet breakfast is served each morning.
