It's time to start thinking about that Cape Cod vacation. It's almost Memorial Day!

Where has the winter gone? For us on Cape Cod who have been shoveling out from all the snow, it simply can't come soon enough. Punxsutawney Phil has predicted an early spring and we certainly hope the little critter is right. If the weather starts to warm in late March, April and May can be fabulous here. Not only are the trees starting to show new leaves and plantings showing their little faces, but all the restaurants and shops on the Cape that are closed for the winter will be opening. We are really lucky here in Sandwich, that almost nothing closes as we are a year-round village.

Although the quintesential Cape Cod fish shacks will not be open until Memorial Day, there are so many great fish restaurants that will be open so that you can enjoy our wonderful, local, fresh seafood. Speaking of Memorial Day, now is the time to book your reservations if you are coming to Cape Cod. We have some weekends that are already booked out and we don't want to miss seeing you.
