Our Cape Cod bed and breakfast lodging offers a unique experience with first-class accommodations and service.
This historic home that now serves as an alternative to hotels in Sandwich, MA was built in 1750. At that time, a farm was called a "stead." As this one was owned by C. B. Hall, it was known as Hallstead. The Hallstead Room is named for this farm.
This beautiful and sunny second-floor room has an antique reproduction queen bed that features hand-pressed luxury bed linens, a large closet, and a cozy seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. A window near the seating area overlooks one of the Inn's gardens. This wonderful room has original hardwood floors and is a beautiful green with lilac accents and original artwork. A bright, private en-suite bath, with a pedestal sink and a combination tub and shower with an adjustable shower head, completes this lovely room. This room is a favorite of many of our returning guests and accommodates up to two adults. Relax with a good book and a glass of wine. If you didn't bring a book, you are welcome to select one from the Inn's library.
The 1750 Inn at Sandwich Center is a NON-SMOKING Inn and property and we cannot accommodate children.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. The food was marvelous, the bed comfy, and the time to relax just super. - Wayne & Donna, Lawrence, KS
